Ingredients:
● potatoes (10 PCs.)
● flour (3-4 tbsp),
● eggs (1 piece),
● salt,
● onions.
Cooking
Grate potatoes with food processor or fine grater. Drain the potato mixture with cheesecloth. Press to form the dough into a unified whole. Add flour, an egg, salt and starch in prepared potato mixture.
Stir the mixture. Make identical small balls so that they cook at the same time. Dump the prepared balls individually in salted boiling water to avoid clumping. Cook the dish at a moderate boil about 20 minutes.
When the Gnocchi are cooked, you need to peel and chop the onion. Put into a pan boiled Gnocchi both with onions. Fry until the onions are ready.
