Composition:
● cheese (1 kg)
● milk (1 l),
● salt (1 tsp),
● soda (1 tsp),
● butter (2 tbsp),
● eggs (1-2 pieces).
Cooking
1 kg of cheese mix with 1 liter of milk, heat on a slow fire, stirring continuously until the whey to drain. In the hot mass add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon soda, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1-2 eggs, mix well, stirring over low heat. Put into a form, lubricated with oil.
