Peel the tench and gut. In a frying pan fry the carrots in half. Half-cooked carrots used as stuffing for tench. Put a thick semicircle of lemon in a tench. Rub the fish with salt. Then abundantly sprinkle fish on all sides with a mixture of seasoning: white powder and allspice, coriander, ground bay leaf, ginger, dried onion, mustard seeds, thyme and dill. Leave it for 10-20 minutes.
Put the fish on a hot grill. Don’t turn the fish too often. Fry thoroughly, but don’t overheat it.
