Baked cheesecakes with blueberries

Ingredients:

● cottage cheese (140 g),

● flour (20 g),

● eggs (1 piece),

● sugar (15 g),

● margarine or butter (5 g),

● blueberries with sugar (30 g).

Cooking

Rub the cottage cheese and add some flour, egg, sugar, salt, you can add vanilla. Mix the mass well, give it the shape of a bar with a thickness of 5-6 cm, cut across, roll in flour, give a round shape with a thickness of 1.5 cm, fry on both sides, then place in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

A couple of minutes before cooking, put blueberries on the cheesecakes, sprinkle with sugar and bake.
