Apple puree

Ingredients:

● apples,

● water (0.5 cups),

● sugar (0.5 cups).

Cooking

Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and place in a 1-liter saucepan. Add 0.5 cups of water and 0.5 cups of sugar. Cook on the stove, stirring constantly. When the apples have turned into a homogeneous mass, you can remove them from the stove. Cool puree. The finished puree can be served with flour pancakes.
