Ingredients:

● the meat is lamb (usually leg),

● vegetables,

● potatoes.

Cooking

Sprinkle the lamb meat with various seasonings and let it stand for 2 hours. Bake in large pieces in the oven until a crust forms. Serve with a side dish – vegetables, potatoes, etc.
