Boil water and then cool to 50 ° C. If honey is dissolved in hotter water, it loses most of its beneficial properties, and some experts argue that, moreover, it becomes harmful. Honey dissolves with wax. This is done primarily to ensure that such valuable beekeeping products as parga and royal jelly get into the drink along with honey. Therefore, the best frames for mead are nesting frames, where there is a lot of bee bread and royal and drone milk. It’s through them that not just a drink is obtained, but a healing elixir.

Then the container, flavored with honey, hops and yeast, is placed in a warm place and honey wanders for two weeks. After that, it needs to be drained. The strength of mead depends on the amount of honey and ranges from 6 to 10 ° C.
