Cranberry juice

Ingredients (for 1 liter):

● cranberry (125g),

● water (1 l),

● sugar (120 l).

Cooking

Grind the berries and squeeze the juice. Pour hot water into the pulp and cook for 5-8 minutes and strain. In the broth add sugar, bring to boil, pour the squeezed juice and cool.
