● eggs (1 pc.),
● milk (150 g),
● semolina (100 g),
● sugar (50 g),
● blueberries (50 g).
Mash cottage cheese with milk, add egg and sugar. Mix thoroughly, adding semolina in parallel. Leave on for 10 minutes to form a thick consistency.
Grease a ceramic mold with oil and sprinkle with semolina as well.
Stir the mixture again, it should have the consistency of low-fat sour cream. Pour into a mold and sprinkle with berries (if everything was cooked right they won't drown).
Put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C, cook for 50 minutes.
