Cheese with Claparede

Composition:

● goat's milk (1 l),

● lemon (1/2),

● vanillin,

● sugar powder,

● salt.

Cooking

Goat's milk bring to a boil, then add 1/2 of the lemon for 10 minutes to allow to stand. Then add vanilla, powdered sugar and salt. Put the resulting mass under pressure for 2-3 hours.
