Bread from the farmstead "Ravnovesie"

Ingredients:

● sourdough (500 g) (can be sold in dry form),

● water (2 l),

● flour (3.5 l).

Method:

Put the starter culture, add water and a glass of flour. Mix everything, add 5 half-liter cans of flour. Mix well. Leave in a warm place, the dough should rise 2 times. Add 2 cans of flour of 0.5 l. Mix and place the starter culture in the jar (the lid should be without a hole). You can add seeds, sesame seeds, etc. (to taste). Fold into a baking dish and bake for 60-75 minutes.
