Pancakes with hazelnuts

Ingredients (3

4 people):

● flour (2 cups),

● eggs (2 PCs.)

● milk (1–1½ cups),

● butter,

● hazelnuts,

● Cinamon,

● salt,

● honey

● bee bread.

Cooking

Pour 2 glasses of flour into a deep plate, break two eggs and pour milk. Then mix everything so that there are no lumps of dough. Add 1 teaspoon of honey, less than half a spoonful of bee bread (adds vitamins and pleasant sourness), on the tip of a spoonful of salt and on the tip of a knife - cinnamon, and to make the pancakes extremely tender, add two tablespoons of melted butter. Mix everything again by adding milk so that it pours freely, like kefir (not sour cream). Then add a tablespoon of crushed or whole hazelnuts. Mix the resulting mixture well again and pour into a preheated frying pan. You can fry pancakes in butter or butter. And so that they remain soft and juicy for a long time, coat each one with butter. Serve with herbal tea and honey.
