Mushroom soup from the Agriturismo “Winch”

Composition:

● potatoes (2 PCs.)

● cheese (50 g),

● sour cream,

● salt,

● pepper,

● green onion,

● Bay leaf.

Cooking

Chop and fry the mushrooms, add the chopped potatoes, seasoning and cheese slices, stirring all the time. You can add sour cream to taste.
