Ingredients:
● flour (500 g),
● eggs (2 PCs.)
● warm milk (1 Cup),
● oil (1 tbsp),
● mushrooms (100 g),
● pork (300g),
● onion (1 piece),
● pepper,
● salt.
Cooking
Sift the flour, add 1 egg, pour warm milk, butter, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough. Leave for 20 minutes.
Mince the boiled mushrooms and pork together. Add there finely chopped onion, 1 egg, pepper, salt and mix well.
Roll the dough out, cut circles with a cup, in the center of each circle put the minced meat and pinch the edge. Dumplings are ready to be put one by one in salted boiling water and cooked for 10 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream.
