On the way to Belovezha Forest, make a stop at "Lesnaya" eco-farmstead, where Natalia and Sergey Zemlyanik restore the Belarusian tea drinking traditions. They put into the tea everything: more than 7 mint types, lemon balm, oregano, sage, currant and linden leaves, rosehip berries, ashberries and many more. You can collect all the ingredients by hand, smell and rub them in your fingers to feel the scent. Or you can make a tea set and take it with you in a linen bag. A special treat to the tea is jam with honey based on young pine cones. What a great souvenir from Belarus!
