Turkey stuffed with poultry liver pancakes


● turkey(1 pc. Or 1.5 kg)

● poultry liver (200 g)

● onion (1 pc.)

● flour (0.5 kg)

● whey (0.5 L),

● egg,

● salt,

● oil (2 tbsp.)

● pepper, spices.




Wash the turkey, then dry it with a paper towel. Rub it with salt, pepper and herbs. Mix flour, whey, egg, salt and fry thin pancakes until the golden colour. Boil the liver, grind it in a meat grinder, add fried onions, salt, spices. Wrap the cooled stuffing in pancakes, brush with the egg. Put the pancakes in the turkey. Placed in the baking sleeve and bake in a preheated oven for two hours.
