Shred meat with gurani sauce


● a piece of meat (steak) beef / pork / chicken;


● onion (1 piece),

● mustard beans,

● sunflower oil (3 tbsp),

● juice of ½ lemon,

● salt,

● spices, herbs;

berry sauce:

● berries (200 g),

● water (100 ml),

● starch (2 tsp),

● sugar to taste,

● ground cinnamon (½ tsp).


Meat tenderizer. For marinade: mix with blender all the ingredients. A very aromatic, Kasparovna mass. Add this mixture to the meat and leave for a couple of hours to marinate.

Rinse the berries and place in a saucepan on the fire. Add water and cover with lid. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add in the berry mass of starch, sugar (to taste) and ground cinnamon.

Meat steaks to put in the grill-grill and cook on the coals. Serve with berry sauce.
