Shin in beer with furnace

Composition:

● pork shank, medium size (2 PCs.)

● dark beer,

● salt,

● black pepper peas,

● Bay leaf

● cloves (3-5 PCs),

● brew (50 g).

Cooking

Pork shank, pour a mixture of water and beer (50:50). Beer is definitely dark. Pour over the top of Sagan.

Time in the heated furnace for 4 hours. Figure gateways to the meat behind the bones the weight.

Serve with sauerkraut, seasoned with onions and oil.
