Composition:
● rabbit,
● onion (1 piece),
● garlic (3 cloves),
● salt (2 tbsp),
● ground black pepper (1 St.. L.),
● ground coriander (1 tbsp),
● butter (50 g),
● fresh parsley (50 g),
● the house red wine (300 g),
● water boiled cooled,
● tomato sauce (250 g)
●boiled mushrooms (200 g).
Cooking
Rabbit divide into portions and fry, folded into a saucepan. There also add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, calandro, parsley, butter, wine, add water to cover the rabbit. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and tomato sauce and simmer for another 30 minutes.
