Pumpkin pie “Hare meadow”


● pumpkin (1 pc.)

● lemon (1 pcs.)

● honey (1 tbsp.)

● sugar (1 tbsp.)

● cottage cheese (200 g)

● sour cream (200 g)

● raisins (50 g),

plums (100 g)

● Dried lingonberry or cranberry (50 g).



Cut the peeled pumpkin into cubes and put them on a baking sheet. Grate the frozen lemon with zest on the top. Sprinkle with sugar, dried or frozen blueberries or cranberries, raisins, add dried plums. You can put several layers. Add a spoon of honey into the sour cream and cottage cheese, stir and pour at the pumpkin. Bake in an oven at 180-200 ° C for 30-40 minutes.

The pie is tasty either hot, or cold. Serve the hot pie with sour cream.
