Kvass home

Composition:

● water,

● peel, rye bread,

● sugar,

● yeast.

Cooking

On spring water temperature about 40 °C soak crusts of rye (black) bread (without additives). Add sugar and a little droidz for the starter. Put in a warm place for 2-3 days (depending on the season). Using cheesecloth to drain the liquid in a glass jar, put in a cool place (in the basement, in the refrigerator) for 3 days.

Very pleasant to drink in the summer heat and after a bath.
