Jam from cones

Composition:

● fir cones,

● water (3 l),

● sugar (3 kg).

Cooking

From the middle of may bumps appear young. Need to collect the cones no longer than 2 cm. per kilogram of sysacc you will need 3 liters of water and 3 kg of sugar. Wash cones, smeezy ingredients. Davec to a boil, but do not boil. Let stand for a day or two, then repeat the process of boiling, until such time as the jam is zawsze. Pour into jars.

This jam not only has a rich and full-bodied taste, but also helps in the treatment of colds.
