Gingerbread Dudarski

Composition:

● flour (4 cups),

● egg (1 piece),

● salt (½ tsp),

● maple / birch juice (1 Cup),

● Pervak rye (30 g),

● honey (2 tsp),

● melted butter (3 tbsp),

● cumin, grated (1 tbsp),

● pressed cottage cheese (½ Cup).

Cooking

Mix the flour, egg, salt, maple SAP, as you birch, to the juice add the liquor and honey, butter, better homemade, grated cumin cheese. Mix everything carefully. The dough should be tight. Rakoczi pesto dough to a thickness of 8-10 mm. stretch to fit shape and strongly pressed to the shape of the carrot. Viklasti gingerbread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 °C.

In the absence of the form ruscaceae the dough is cut into diamonds, pierce top with a fork and bake normally.
