Galaska in sverjensky


● galaska (1 piece),

● sauerkraut (1 kg)

● onions (2 PCs.)

● carrots (1-2 pieces),

● buckwheat (300 g),

● garlic (3-4 cloves),

● oil (200 g),

● salt, sugar, spices to taste.


With the shank to get the bone, cut the meat into pieces. Chopped onion, carrots and sauerkraut add to the pot along with the meat. Salt, add spices, a little water, butter and cook for 1.5–2 hours. Then add the rinsed buckwheat and garlic. Cook for another 30-40 minutes.
