Bread from the Agriturismo “Equilibrium”


● Roshchina (500 g) (may be sold in dry form),

● water (2 l),

● flour (3.5 l).


Viklasti the dough, add water, a Cup of flour. All samasati, add 5 cans (half liter) of flour. Mix well. Leave in a warm place, the dough should rise in 2 times. Add 2 cans of 0,5 l. flour to Knead and to put the starter in the jar (the lid must be without holes). You can add in bread seeds, sesame seeds, etc.

To fold into shape (rise in a warm place), in the oven for 60-75 minutes.
