Atapci (French toast) with bacon

Composition:

● brown bread (2 slices),

● fat (25 g),

● mayonnaise (20 g),

● oil for frying (2 tbsp),

● greens (for decoration).

Cooking

On a heated pan with oil palasz bread, fry it on both sides until Golden brown. Then RUB the bread with garlic. Smeezy bacon (cut into small cubes) with mayonnaise. Spread on the bread resulting mass. Garnish with greens.
