Aeshna brass

Composition(for 6 servings):

● eggs (8 PCs.)

● flour (6 tbsp),

● milk (800 ml),

● salt,

● onion (3 pieces)

● ham (300 g),

● oil (50 g),

● butter (50 g).


Onion cut into strips, fry until Golden brown, add ham (julienne) and fry for 2-3 minutes. The resulting mixture viklasti in a container for baking.

Beat eggs, add milk, flour and salt. All this to pour into a container for baking, mix with onions and ham. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 190 °C.
