Pear pie

Ingredients:

● margarine (1 pack),

● flour (3 cups),

● sugar (2 cups),

● baking powder (5 g);

filling:

● pear (5 PCs.)

● sugar (1 Cup),

● butter (50 g),

● starch (2 tsp).

Cooking

Grate margarine on a coarse grater, add flour, baking powder and sugar. You should get a crumbly mass.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the pear slices and sugar. Bring to readiness. When the sugar melts and the pears are soft, add the starch. Mix well.

Add a portion of the dough to the baking dish. On this basis, distribute all the filling, pre-cooled it, and add the remaining dough.

Place the mold in a preheated 170 °C oven for 35 minutes.
